Virtual Tours or Slideshow that have been published on VirtualviewHomes.com are non-refundable.  We make every effort to provide a professional production that will exceed your expectations. however, we do understand that mistakes can happen and we are committed to correct any such errors.

Virtual Tours must be canceled 24 hours prior to the Photography Appointment to receive a full refund, otherwise, you will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee. If a Virtual Tour is canceled after the completion of the Photography and prior to any actual Publishing you will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

Slide Shows must be canceled within 48 hours of purchase and prior to any file uploads in order to be eligible for a full refund.  Once your files have been uploaded there are no allowable refunds.
